Elevate Your Ride with Enve M730

The pop-ability of the Enve M730 carbon wheels will make all your enduro and all mountain riding feel fresh with a huge injection of high performance and fun. Having confidence in your wheelset is paramount to finding the right groove on any ride. And with the advancements made by the Enve M730 developments will give you the faith to shred your next adventure.

By now you probably won’t be surprised if Enve makes lightweight, high performance mountain bike wheels. What sets the M700 series apart, though is that one of the enduro rider’s worst biggest buzz kill has also been practically eliminated: pinched flats. Or really any flats, and carbon rim damage has also been hugely mitigated even for the biggest impacts. So you can run the lowest psi you want without worrying about rim strike killing your run or even your day in case of catastrophic failure. That’s because Enve has developed their Protective Rim Strip that will allow you to forego the use of heavy tire inserts that deaden the ride of the wheel and often don’t really do the job anyways.

Integral to the rim construction – that is to say this is not an option, but something you need to have the wheel function – the protective rim strip acts as a durable bumper made from a special secret material that will act as a buffer between the rim and the tire. It will eliminate pinch flats and will protect the rim when you are running especially low tire pressures. So broken rims will also be rare, giving you tons of confidence to go as far and as fast as you want.

Durability in Design of the Enve M730 Wheelset

The rest of the technology behind the rim durability is quite effective if straightforward. So you will have 32 spokes front and rear with the molded spoke and valve holes to increase the stability of the wheel by not compromising the carbon through drilling the holes. With an internal rim width of 30mm, Enve recommends you run between a 2.5 and 2.8 inch tire. Available in 27.5 inch wheels and 29ers, the Enve M730s are heavy duty all mountain wheels that weigh what many XC wheelsets do. Depending on the hub choice you go with the 27.5s will weigh in the 1700-1930g range while the 29ers are between 1850 and 2030g, again depending on hub choice.

When you demand a wheel that will help keep you tracking the exact line you choose but still playful enough to indulge a few slides, then the Enve M730 wheelset will make all your enduro runs a joy and adventure.
