The thermal material offers more protection than a simple shell. The FR-C Pro Windfront Jacket is designed to be warm throughout a ride that offers chilly, windy, and even wet conditions. Consequently, there are three rear pockets where you can stash all your stuff that you will potentially need throughout the ride. There is even one zippered pocket to stow your keys to avoid losing those mid-ride. The grip at the hem will hold the jacket in place.
