MasterCard and Visa Credit Cards: All orders are subject to billing address verification before shipping. Wrench Science will not ship to an address other than that of the credit card holder. Due to privacy laws, banks in some countries (mainly Australia, New Zealand, France, and South Africa) may not be able to verify billing information. In this situation we will request that you fax us a copy of the latest credit card statement corresponding to the credit card you supplied to us. This statement needs to confirm the billing address given to Wrench Science during the order process. Also, a current picture ID will need to be faxed to Wrench Science which corresponds to the name on the credit card and/or statement given to us during the order process. If this is not possible you will need to arrange for another means of payment (see below).

Shipping:Wrench Science ships via Federal Express for all international shipments. Shipping times will vary depending on location. Please be advised that you will be subject to your country's domestic import tax and any other import taxes or duties upon receipt of your purchase. 

Terms: If an item is not available at the time you place the order, a representative will contact you with alternative choices or we will back-order the item for you and ship it when it becomes available. Be sure to include a valid email address for a representative to contact you. Please note that not all frames are available for International shipping.
