GUARANTEE

Parts Satisfaction Guarantee: Wrench Science guarantees customer satisfaction on all parts, forks, wheelsets and kits that are purchased by themselves and not part of a complete bike or installed on a frame only sale. All returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition and packaging. Products that don't meet a customer's expectations should be returned in accordance with our returns policy returns and the special notes below for prompt replacement, credit to account, or refund.

Note: Wrench Science considers an order placed once the credit card number is given. All returns or cancellations have a credit card processing fee of 3.5% of the total dollar value purchased. Special orders (parts specifically ordered for the given customer) are final. At the sole discretion of Wrench Science, we may accept returns on special orders with a 15% of total dollar amount spent restocking fee. A different guarantee aplles to Frames and Complete Bikes (see below).

Frame and Complete Bike Guarantee: Wrench Science accepts returns of Frames and Complete Bikes in accordance with our returns policy and the special notes below in unused, uninstalled, and new condition.

Complete Bike Fit Guarantee: Wrench Science guarantees customer satisfaction for Complete Bikes that are sized by using the Wrench Science Sizing System with staff confirmation by offering free stem replacement within 30 days of receipt of the order. This does not include integrated handlebar / stems. See returns policy: Stem Swaps.

Refund of Shipping Charges on Returns: Shipping charges will be refunded in full on all items shipped in error by Wrench Science. Shipping charges will not be refunded on items ordered in error by the customer. If the customer is returning a manufacturer-defective part in exchange for another, Wrench Science will pay for ground shipping.

Wrench Science Sizing System: The Wrench Science Sizing System is based on carefully developed and tested algorithms that have been generated from generally accepted industry conventions, as well as the data and knowledge that our mechanics have derived from years of experience fitting hundreds of cyclists and bicycles. When properly used, the Wrench Science Sizing System will produce a biomechanical fit between rider and bicycle. However, the Sizing System does not take into consideration unique factors such as physical abnormalities, permutation due to disease or disability, past or current bodily injury, or less than normal flexibility. Furthermore, mistaken data entry or incorrect bodily measurements that are not in accordance with the detailed instructions provided might yield incorrect frame recommendations and possibly an ill-fitting bicycle. For the above reasons, Wrench Science does not assume responsibility for ill-fitting products due to unique bodily factors or any mistakes in measurement or data-entry by users of the Wrench Science Sizing System.

Defective Products: All merchandise sold by Wrench Science carries the full and original manufacturer's warranty. All warranty items must be inspected by Wrench Science to ensure they are under the manufacturer’s warranty.
