Optimum frames are intended for cyclists who mainly priveledge comfort. Their geometry differs from that of the Ultra and Origin frame ranges. The frames are shorter and the head tube is higher in order to favour comfort.
Rigidity for the most part is identical. Optimum frames thus allow practicing ones sport regularly, with an adapted level of comfort. 585 Optimum has all the characteristics of the 585 Origin, but with a special geometry to acheives an even more comfortable ride. the top tube heightend by 16mm, resulting in a more upright position.
