All new from the ground up... All hail the King 3! Recently earning the prestigious ISO 9001-2000 certification for their product quality and consitency, you can be confident DeRosa's all new King 3 will meet all of your performance needs. The King 3 uses a monocoque frame building technique which means the frame is wrapped and molded as one piece. This enures the frame will hold up to the rigors of the race season. The frame is made by hand using the finest Mizuno T-700sc carbon fibre. Overall weight has dropped, somewhere in the range of 980-950g depending on frame size, without sacrificing lateral stiffness, boasting increased pedaling efficiency. Because of the vertically compliant nature of carbon fibre, DeRosa chose to integrate the frame and seat post (adjusts approx 2cm up or down) for added comfort and uniformity. The King 3 is bred to perform at the highest level. For the 2008 pro-tour, look for the DeRosa King 3 to appear under such riders as Paolo Salvodelli, Danilo DiLuca plus the highly anticipated Rock and Republic cycling team and our very own spokesperson "Fast" Freddie Rodriguez.
